All About California

California is the third largest state in the country. It has to be one of the most diverse places in the country with its own special uniqueness. California is very different considering that the north, middle, and south of the state have so many interesting things to do and they all have different climates and scenery. No matter where you decide to go when you visit Cali, whether it’s the northern redwood forests or the southern deserts, there will be endless exciting options.

Through endless sunshine, there is no wrong time to go to California. Even though it sounds cliché, there is something to do for every type of person- wine fanatics, taco lovers, beach bums, skiers, wildlife enthusiasts, and big-city dwellers. It’s impossible to hate the area. California is home to some of the biggest tourist attractions in the country. If you’re not a ‘tourist attraction’ type of person, there are quiet and quaint places to visit as well.

California's Beautiful Scenery

The scenery of California is clearly something that you’d have to see to understand. For starters, there are 840 miles of gorgeous coastline. Pacific Coast Highway is dubbed one of the most beautiful drives in the entire world, and it runs from Southern California to the North. If you are road-tripping it, this highway will take you straight through the biggest cities in the state- Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego. People aren’t lying when they say that the sunshine is never-ending. Even in the winter, the sun is still shining, and it isn’t too cold. The beach is still a common go-to place in the winter while other states are shoveling four feet of snow in their driveways.

Seriously Awesome Diversity

Again, it might sound cliché to say that there is something for everyone, but California is home to the largest diversity in race, religion, and opinions. Not only are there diverse people but also there’s diverse food. You can literally eat a different style of food every day. If you don’t have the money to travel the world, just go to California. LA is home to the largest Little Tokyo, Little Ethiopia, Thai town, and if you go to San Francisco, you can visit the biggest China Town.

Tourist Attractions Everywhere…Literally

From Disneyland to Hollywood, the Golden Gate Bridge to Sequoia National Park, and tiny places that not many people know about, there are endless opportunities. It would be impossible to see in all in a week. Some of the most visited national parks in the country include Death Valley, Redwoods, Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia. Disneyland and Hollywood are also two of the most popular places to visit in the whole world, and both of these are great for any type of person. California is weird. If you are trying to see something unique, visit the Bunny or Banana Museum, desert Dragon Sculptures, and abandoned mines.

California is a place to be if you want to be inspired, rejuvenated, and visit incredible places. You can hit the big cities and shop, go to the beach, get some amazing food, go hiking, and go to a concert or festival all in the same day. Take advantage of the beauty and excitement!
