South Bay Sober Living, LLC (“South Bay Sober Living”, “we”) runs southbaysoberliving.com. This policy explains what information the website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, phone number, email address, subject and message. The form sends them to our staff by email so we can reply. Please don’t include medical details; we’ll call you back.
- When you call. Phone numbers on the site connect you to our main line, (844) 316-2809.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how people find the site, and when a visitor taps a phone number or sends the form. It also measures page speed. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and receives your IP address and browser details.
- Technical logs and security. Our hosting provider keeps server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) and may set a short-lived cookie when it checks that a visitor is not an automated program. The site’s security settings also send automatic reports of blocked page content, which contain the page address and browser details but no form contents.
- Accessibility tool. The accessibility menu on the site is provided by accessiBe, which may store your display preferences in your browser.
- Maps. Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
How we use it
To answer your questions, discuss whether our homes are a fit, check insurance coverage when you ask us to, keep the site secure, and understand which pages help visitors. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and the tools named above (our hosting provider, Google, and accessiBe), or when the law requires it. Links to Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn open those sites, which have their own policies.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Children
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
