Brett LaShure

Executive Director

 

Brett LaShure is the Executive Director of South Bay Sober Living. Brett has over 10 years of both personal and professional experience working in the addiction treatment field. Brett is devoted to helping families and individuals overcome substance abuse and related issues. He is passionate about helping individuals discover internal strength and resilience during the recovery process. Brett believes that addicts deserve a second chance at life. In his personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, traveling, surfing, dirt biking, and enjoying everything the South Bay has to offer.

 

Alex

HOUSE MANAGER

Alex is the House Manager of South Bay Sober Living. He feels incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to work in recovery in a professional capacity. Alex is passionate about his own sobriety and considers it a gift to give back to those in the early stages of recovery. Alex intuitively knows how to effectively approach, mentor and inspire the residents of South Bay Sober Living. This makes him an invaluable asset to the team. In his spare time, Alex enjoys surfing, snowboarding, working on cars and playing with Marley – South Bay Sober Living’s resident house pup.

 

Justin

ASSISTANT HOUSE MANAGER

Justin is the Assistant House Manager of South Bay Sober Living. For years Justin struggled to overcome his addiction. He entered South Bay Sober Living as a resident, desperate to change the direction of his life. Over time, he was able to successfully adopt the necessary skills to achieve success in recovery. Through his successes and personal experience as a resident of South Bay Sober Living, Justin offers a unique perspective to those in the house and feels blessed to help others with similar struggles. In his spare time, Justin enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time at the beach.

 

Marley

HOUSE PUP

Marley is South Bay Sober Living’s resident house pup. As a puppy, Marley was left abandoned alongside a freeway in Los Angeles. South Bay Sober Living’s owner adopted Marley and the little guy has been shown nothing but love ever since. Marley is full of energy and provides the residents with unconditional love. The sweetness that Marley exudes can often soften some of the hardest of days. In his spare time, Marley enjoys playing tug, giving kisses, receiving snacks and hanging out with his best friend Alex.
